How do I get the cleanest cut?

For the best result, make sure your clay is well-conditioned and sticks firmly to your work surface before cutting. A glossy ceramic tile, acrylic board, or smooth marble tile works best.

Lightly dip the cutting edge into cornstarch or plain flour before pressing into clay. This helps prevent clay from sticking inside the cutter. Any remaining powder can be gently removed with a soft brush.

For detailed cutters and stamps, press evenly and lift straight up to keep the design clean.


How do I care for my cutters and tools?

Our tools are 3D printed and should be handled with care.

Please follow these care tips:

  • Hand wash only with mild soap and cool water.
  • Use a soft brush to clean small details if needed.
  • Dry completely before storing.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Do not wash in the dishwasher.
  • Do not soak in hot water.
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight, heat, oven, or open flame.

High heat may warp or damage 3D printed tools.


When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

During new launches, sales, or busy seasons, processing time may take slightly longer. We always try our best to ship as quickly as possible.


Are the cutters food-safe?

Our cutters are made with 3D printed PLA.

PLA material is generally considered suitable for food-contact use when properly cleaned. However, because 3D printed items have tiny layer lines, we recommend using separate tools for food and clay.

For hygiene reasons:

  • Do not use the same cutter for clay and food.
  • Hand wash before and after use.
  • Do not place in dishwasher or hot water.
  • Resin printed tools, textured-rollers, textured-mat and detailed acrylic stamps are not recommended for food use unless clearly stated in the product listing.

Return & Refund Policy

We gladly accept cancellations if requested within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been shipped or prepared.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, please contact us if you have any issue with your order. We will do our best to help.

Please check your order details carefully before placing your order, including product option, size, quantity, and shipping address.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your item arrived damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Something is missing from your order.

Kindly include clear photos of the item, packaging, and order details so we can assist you quickly.


Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders on the same day before we ship your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, we may combine your orders into one parcel. If extra shipping was paid and the orders can be combined, we may refund the extra shipping fee.


Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, and peak seasons.

Orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on product availability and order size.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


United States Shipping

We stock selected products in the United States and ship from our US inventory whenever available.

For US orders:

  • Orders over USD $35 qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.
  • Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

Some items may ship separately if they are stocked in different locations.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local delivery fees charged by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery time may vary due to customs processing and local postal service delays.
