De90sCrafts operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). De90sCrafts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors, size appearance, and details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, device differences, material batches, and the nature of handmade or 3D printed products.
Our products may include small cosmetic variations, layer lines, minor surface marks, tiny measurement differences, or other normal characteristics of 3D printed or handmade craft tools. These are not considered defects if they do not affect the general use of the product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are craft tools and accessories intended for adult craft use. They are not toys, food-safe items, medical devices, or child care products. Customers are responsible for using the products safely and appropriately.
We do not guarantee that any product will meet every customer's individual expectation, technique, clay brand, material, or project result. Product performance may vary depending on the material used, pressure applied, clay condition, cleaning method, storage, and user handling.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. De90sCrafts reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, incorrect product information, shipping restrictions, or suspected misuse of our Services.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many orders are processed quickly, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation, address change, or order change requests after an order has been placed.
If we need to cancel or change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, household, or small business craft use and not for unauthorized resale, copying, mass production, reverse engineering, or export in violation of applicable laws.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious error.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, remote area fees, or other charges imposed by carriers or government authorities. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, and local charges required by their country or region.
We are not responsible for delays, refusal of delivery, returns, disposal, or additional charges caused by unpaid customs duties, incorrect customer information, import restrictions, or failure to respond to carrier or customs requests.
We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotions may be changed, limited, or ended at any time, and may be subject to separate terms. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, local delivery issues, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, refused parcels, uncollected parcels, or failure to follow carrier instructions.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping and delivery are handled by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will try to assist with carrier-related issues where reasonable, but we cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss after delivery, incorrect placement by the carrier, or failure by the customer to secure the delivery location.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy [LINK].
To request help with a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, customers must contact us within the time stated in our Refund Policy and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any issue being reported. We may request additional photos, videos, or information before approving a return, replacement, or refund.
Returned products must be in the same condition received, unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in original packaging. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our mistake, return shipping costs, original shipping fees, customs fees, taxes, and any related return charges are the customer's responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements for used products, customer-damaged products, incorrect orders placed by the customer, buyer's remorse, color or size preference changes, normal 3D printed characteristics, failed craft results, or issues caused by misuse, heat exposure, improper storage, improper cleaning, or unsuitable materials.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product photos, videos, product designs, product names, listing content, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by De90sCrafts, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial browsing and shopping only. You must not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, trace, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, sell, resell, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Purchasing a product does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, scan, mold, cast, duplicate, resell, or commercially exploit our designs, product files, photos, listing content, branding, or packaging.
De90sCrafts names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or property of De90sCrafts or its licensors. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or guarantee these third-party tools.
You acknowledge and agree that such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

De90sCrafts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with De90sCrafts. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and De90sCrafts, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with De90sCrafts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, De90sCrafts, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, Shopify, and Shopify's affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, customs charges, shipping delays, delivery issues, failed craft results, or similar damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, excluding shipping, taxes, customs duties, and other third-party charges, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless De90sCrafts, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (1) your breach of these Terms or any policy incorporated by reference; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; (3) your misuse of the Services or products; (4) inaccurate information provided by you; (5) unauthorized copying, resale, or commercial exploitation of our products or content; or (6) any content or Feedback you submit.
