Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, and peak seasons.

Orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on product availability and order size.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

United States Shipping

We stock selected products in the United States and ship directly from our US inventory whenever available. 

For US orders:

  • Orders over USD $35 qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Usually within 5 days.
  • Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

Some items may ship separately if they may arrive slightly different times, so no worries if one shows up before the other.

International Shipping

We are shipping directly from Malaysia. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local delivery fees charged by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
