Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy seasons, promotions, or high order volume, processing time may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or any events outside our control.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed package, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country or region.
We are not responsible for delays, returned parcels, or extra charges caused by customs processing or unpaid import fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. We will do our best to assist if there is a shipping issue, but we cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.
If the tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss after delivery, incorrect placement by the carrier, or failure to secure the delivery location.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
